Ravindra Ji brings extensive leadership experience in corporate affairs and regulatory coordination, having held senior executive positions with large corporate groups in India, across major infrastructure and communication sectors.
He has served as a Senior Vice President for a large industrial group, overseeing operations across Maharashtra, with a strategic focus on infrastructure development, including port development projects. Previously, he led corporate affairs for a major telecommunications firm, managing operations across Maharashtra, Mumbai, and Goa, with a team of over 200 employees.
Ravindra Ji has actively engaged with government departments and regulatory authorities to facilitate critical approvals and compliance clearances, showcasing his expertise in stakeholder management and public affairs.
His past employers include Finolex, Chowghule Group, Reliance Industries etc.

Nikhil Gavankar, a qualified management post graduate, with a degree in cost accounting from India and Certified Public Accountant from the US. He has worked at a senior leadership role for more than 20 years with international brands such as Johnson and Johnson, Goldman Sachs, Thomson Reuters and SunGard. In the year 2017, his passion for academics and studies took him to the University of Luxembourg to complete his Masters in Modern and Contemporary European Philosophy. Having studied in the US and Europe, he understands the needs and desires of young students and professionals wishing to pursue global education and strives to provide the necessary guidance and support to young students and professionals to accomplish their goals.

He is a recipient of “Outstanding Paper Award” in Finance stream at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (JBIMS) organized International Research Conference IRC 2015 and 2016. He is also a member of reputed institutions such as, The Institution of Engineers and Indian Commerce Association. He has written/presented 6 research papers till date which are published in various National and International journals. He has also co-authored text books for M.Com, BMS and BMM courses affiliated to University of Mumbai.
